Fiano is one of the new breed of alternative varieties taking this country by storm, crisp and dry yet with creamy textural elements. Paisley have nailed the style with this one.
Bright mid-yellow. Peppery citrus fruit lift with notes of cut grass. Vibrant, spicy and intense, with a crunchy citrus and stonefruit core, supple texture, bright lemony acidity, and a richly-flavoured finish. Lovely now but will develop further.
