2019 was a warmer year in Mornington which made wines with softer tannins and riper fruit flavours, resulting in wines like this beauty from regional experts Paringa.
Pale ruby colour. Black cherry, strawberry, five spice and Italian bitters. Medium-bodied with a deep mix of red and purple fruit, underlying notes of rhubarb and whole bunch spice, very fine and long tannins and plenty of savoury appeal throughout.
