Fruit for the 2017 was sourced from the cool-climates of Adelaide Hills, Tasmania and Tumbarumba. Simmering mid gold in the glass, it shows very refined fig and lime aromas, with fabulous minerality, barrel ferment richness, and classy supporting oak.
