Petersons Hunter Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Winemaker Gary Reid has been with Petersons since 1981 and he has produced many fine wines in his time ­- including this spritzy Sauvignon Blanc that’s exclusive to Wine Selectors.  
 
This 2011 vintage marks Petersons’ 20th year of producing premium quality wines like this Sauvignon Blanc. It has lifted passionfruit, lime and tropical fruit aromas with nice spritzy, citrus sorbet-like characters and a subtle chalky texture on the palate. A lovely wine with real appeal.
