Some fantastic Pinot is coming out of Victoria's Henty, and this one from Provenance is a cracker. Lovely with or without food.
Mid crimson garnet colour. Aromas of spiced black cherry, anise, wild herbs and graphite. An inky and ripe style, with dark plum and cherry over mocha and liquorice, silken textural tannins, and a soft, supple finish.
