As its name suggests, the Puppet Master Chenin Cuvée is crafted using Chenin Blanc, an underrated variety that continues to thrive in many regions in Western Australia.
Pale with a fine bead. Expressive aromas of citrus, stone and tropical fruit, sherbet and candied ginger. Very fresh green apple, lime, pear and white peach, in a dry style, with crisp acidity and minerality, good length and a persistent mousse.
