This Italian variety has certainly found its niche in Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, and Red Hill Estate has delivered a classic example.
Very pale and bright in the glass. Apple blossom, pear, lemon zest and blanched almond on the nose. Light, soft and silken with layers of lemon drop, pear and apple, subtle nutty complexity and lively acidity on the soft finish.
