Redman are one of the most famous names in Coonawarra. They are rightly noted for their Cabernet, but in our opinion their Shiraz is their best kept secret.
Deep, dark red in the glass. Blackberry, blood plum, pepper and eucalypt aromas. Quite savoury and medium-bodied, with ferrous tannins driving the spicy black and red fruit core, fresh acidity and balanced savoury oak. Drinking well.
