Another fine award-winner, the Risky Business Prosecco NV took Gold at the 2019 Sydney International Wine Competition and another at the 2019 Royal Perth show.
Very pale straw in colour with pear, lemon and fresh apple aromas. On the palate, the wine is very fresh and lively with a savoury mix of white fruit, a slightly nutty layer of complexity and a velvety mouthfeel.
