2019 proved to be an outstanding vintage in Victoria, with ideal conditions resulting in another cracking Sparkling Chardonnay from Rob Dolan.
Bright mid yellow with a bold bead. White peach, nectarine, ripe lemon and fig aromas. A rich, fruit-driven style with underlying nutty complexity and hints of honeyed development. A very flavoursome, crowd-pleasing style.
