Rochford is a superb Yarra Valley producer, however they have looked further afield to craft this mouth-watering Sparkling, using Shiraz and Grenache from Heathcote.
Pale salmon pink with a fine bead. Musk, strawberry and citrus blossom aromas. Bright and savoury, with a core of red apple, cranberry and pink grapefruit, mouth-watering acidity and texture, fine mousse, and a long, mildly creamy finish.
