Rofl Binder has crafted a classically regional and varietal Riesling, which could never be accused of lacking flavour intensity.
Pale with green freshness. Lime, pear and jasmine aromas. Citrussy entry of lemon and grapefruit, with tight acidity, wet rock minerality, and a long, flavoursome finish. Drinking well now but will develop even more flavour in the cellar.
