Rosabrook Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Capturing the essence of the Margaret River since the early 80s, Rosabrook produces fruit-driven wines with great intensity such as this fleshy, spicy Cabernet.
 
In the glass: Dark red.
On the nose: Inky dark berry fruit with a smoky oak background.
On the palate: Tight with dark berry and raspberry fruit. Fleshy and intense with a spicy lift and subtle toasty oak in support. Very youthful and firm at this stage, but will soften and develop over the next few years - one for the cellar.
