Seedling is a project label for the Innes family. Based in Coonawarra, they’re passionate about the Limestone Coast and the sub-regions within it, like Robe.
Pale and bright. Rich aromas of baked pear, lemon curd, vanilla pastry and marzipan. True-to-style, with lashings of stonefruit, hints of almond meal, lemon biscuit and spun honey, gentle acidity and a juicy finish. Sweetly fruited but balanced.
