Made from the Palomino variety, this Pale Dry Flor (formally known as Sherry) is a food-friendly aperitif style that’s perfect with salty appetisers.
Bright pale straw gold in the glass, it has a vibrant and intense nose of green apple, straw, almond, sourdough and sea spray. Light, delicate and bone-dry, the palate is showing great focus and intensity and lovely lingering persistence. There’s an appealing aldehyde-driven complexity, layers of almond and marzipan and a long salty finish.
