Sevenhill was settled by the Jesuits in 1851 to produce sacramental wine. Sevenhill is also highly regarded for its premium table wines, like this delicious example.
Deep, dark red. Black pepper, plum and milk chocolate aromas. Richly, deep and long with tannins in balance with the fruit core, touches of garden herbs and tar, lovely balance and mouth-watering acidity. Drinking beautifully but will cellar well.
