Another refined and beautifully made Chardonnay by the Hunter's 'Chardonnay Queen' Liz Silkman. Delicious now but will continue to develop complexity in the cellar.
Pale with green freshness. Ripe yet refined aromas of white peach, grapefruit and toasty oak. Tight and savoury, with a pure and pristine mix of fig, melon and stonefruit, layered with toasty oak, lovely acidity, and a long, seamless finish. Classy.
