A Pinot Gris-dominant blend complemented by Gewürztraminer and Riesling, modelled on the Gentil wines from Alsace. Very aromatic, spicy and textural, and just plain delicious!
Pale bronze gold. Lifted rose petal florals over apple, spun honey and orange blossom. Juicy and floral entry with layers of pink grapefruit and finger lime giving length and persistence. Bright and juicy, textural and long.
