Soli is the latest label from Margaret River masters, Churchview. The wines are vegan and certified organic, and provide excellent value.
Bright with a green hue. Opulent aromas of ripe pineapple, nectarine and fig, with complex notes of oyster shell and ozone. Rich with full flavours of stone and tropical fruit, astringent brightness and lift, and fine barrel spice. A big tropical Chardonnay.
