Peter Pollard carefully selected fruit from quality Langhorne Creek vineyards, before being softly pressed to preserve the bright varietal flavours.
Bright pale straw. Herbaceous notes over tropical fruit. Very ripe with attractive minerality, layers of guava, passionfruit and lemongrass, well-balanced acidity and a persistent flavour finish. Quite Sancerre-like.
