Visionary winemaker Peter Read planted this vineyard in the 1990's with relatively obscure varieties, many of which are now well known, such as this savoury Pinot Grigio.
Very pale straw in the glass. Red apple, white pear and lemon zest on the nose. Light, dry and restrained with a mouth-watering mix of white fruit, tightly-wound acidity, a silken texture and a zesty finish. Firmly in the Grigio style.
