Tahbilk produce excellent Shiraz, vintage to vintage, and this 2017 example is no exception. Drinking well now and over the next couple of years.
Medium garnet to purple in appearance. Spicy dark berry fruit, earth and subtle spice aromas. Elegant and shapely with subtle fruit drive, integrated dusty oak throughout, clean and spicy acidity, and plush mouthfeel from start to finish.
