Riesling from NSW's Orange and Central Ranges is gaining popularity, and this example from Tamburlaine's a cracker. Surprisingly soft acidity means it's already drinking well.
Vibrant pale straw. Green apple, lime leaf and jasmine aromas. Vibrant, energetic and flavour-packed, with quite gentle acidity, hints of sea spray and wet stone minerality, juicy mouthfeel and a dry finish. Very ripe and approachable.
