Pinot from NSW's Orange is gaining a great reputation, and this one from Tamburlaine is delicious. Organically grown and vegan, it's a great showcase of the regional style.
Medium garnet colour. Lifted red cherry with notes of violets and fresh herbs. Medium-weight yet with good concentration of cherry and strawberry, with hints of white chocolate and vanilla, youthful tannins, and fresh acidity on the lip-smacking finish.
