A small proportion of Zibibbo and 3% Fiano was co-fermented using wild yeasts, before a short time in oak, to preserve the vibrant fruit flavours. Drink young and fresh.
Bright mid-ruby. Aromas of dark berries, black pepper, exotic spice and wood smoke. Vibrant and juicy raspberry, cherry and plum, in a fruit-driven style with fine tannins, bright acidity, and hints of sweet spice and red liquorice on the fresh finish.
