Regional experts Tulloch have produced a deliciously mid-weight style of Cabernet, this time with fruit from Orange. It really opens up with air so decant before serving.
Bright medium ruby colour. Fragrant nose of wild herb, redcurrant, blood plum and black tea. A lighter Cabernet style with a bright mix of red and black fruit, cassis and new leather, fine tannins, fresh acidity and oak sitting in the background.
