Ulithorne may have been named after the first Irish Catholic priest in Australia, but no altar wine is produced, just rich and flavoursome regional wines, like this one.
Deep crimson garnet. Intense plum, liquorice, spice and integrated toasty oak. Deep plummy entry, with a spicy fruit core, hints of graphite and white pepper, dense tannins, and rich black forest cake notes on the plush finish. Long and flavoursome.
