Ulithorne may have been named after the first Irish Catholic priest in Australia, but no altar wine is produced, just classically rich and flavoursome regional wines.
Mid garnet red. Subtle leafy red berry fruit with clove, kitchen spice and floral perfume. Plush and generous with layers of juicy plum and red berries, silken yet very deep tannins, and a long, lip-smacking finish.
