Mudgee is one of the most underrated wine regions in NSW, but its temperate climate and high altitude produces some excellent wines, like this Sparkling Chardonnay.
Pale with a green tint and a fine bead. Ripe stonefruit and bread shop aromas. A generous style, with a plush core of peach and melon, hints of vanilla biscuit, a touch of fruit sweetness balanced by fresh acidity, and a long, savoury finish.
