The 2021 growing season in Coonawarra was cool, dry and long, which is ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon. Lovely now but will reward further cellaring.
Inky dark garnet. Aromas of mulberry, mocha and liquorice. Full-bodied and richly flavoured, with a dry and savoury mix of powerful red and blue fruit, firm tannin foundation, and lashings of mocha oak on the long finish.
