Yarra Burn's Vintage Sparkling's are always an amazing value and quality proposition, and winemaker Ella Hoban has done it again with this excellent 2021 example.
Vibrant pale gold. Lime, green apple, white peach and sourdough aromas. Very dry and savoury, in a tight and lean style, showing an almost saline mix of citrussy fruit, with fresh acidity, a fine bead, and a savoury finish.
