Z is for Zerk, the pioneering Barossans who settled in 1846, with the winery now operated by fifth generation winemaking sisters Janelle and Kristen Zerk.
Pale with green freshness. Bath salts, lime juice and green apple aromas. Very crisp and tightly-wound, electric and vibrant, with fresh citrus and apple and a hint of stonefruit, chalky texture and a long, flavoursome finish.
