Buller Wines Calliope Chardonnay 2023
This cool climate Chardonnay from Victoria's King Valley is a classic representation: built to last with fresh, tightly wound layers of peach, fine citrus and just-ripe melons, and a creamy texture.
Finish is dry, balanced and long. Crafted from hand-picked fruit, released only in limited quantities and only in exceptional years, it's great value.

A wine that's simply perfect with salad Niçoise. Cellar for 3-6 years.

Gomersal Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
This wine is juist starting to come into it's own and proves that Shiraz isn't the only thing the Barossa excels at. Elegant aromatics of blackberry, tomato leaf, balsamic, cigar box and earth.
The palate is regal, savoury and long with silky and refined tannins and lines of black cherry, blackberry and fresh black currants.

Mewstone Hughes & Hughes 2023 Chardonnay
Fine and elegant aromatics characterise this well-handled Southern Tassie gem. Fine limes and lemons sit next to bright peach, white flowers and hints of toasty oak.
The palate is fresh with a lovely sweet/sour balance and a soft, creamy finish – this is one for the dinner party.

Jones Winery Malbec 2021
A fresh, crunchy and light interpretation of the variety, this Malbec is loaded with sweet layers of aromatics: raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb and black cherry, with hints of tar and roses.
The palate is silky and medium bodied with a soft push of earthy cherries, sweet and sour raspberries, and a very fine, lingering finish. This is a great barbeque wine.

Refined and delicate lines of pristine stonefruits, lemons, apricots and peaches lifted with beautiful white flower and honeysuckle aromatics.
A generous and open palate with soft lines of Red Delicious apple, intertwined with fresh citrus and stonefruits. This is a sophisticated and complex wine, with a fine, saline finish that leaves you wanting more.

Heady, spice-laden aromatics rush out of the glass with white pepper, five-spice and mace.
The palate is concentrated and youthful with a stately array of blackberries, black currants and a freshly crushed black pepper, while tannins are fine and silky, with a long lingering finish.

Zema Estate Family Selection Cabernet 2018
Dense and perfumed, at six years of age this wine is still fresh and youthful. Delicate lines of sweet, savoury red and black cherries, terra rossa and dried herbs embrace the senses.
On the palate, this wine is medium-to-full-bodied with pronounced, sweet red cherry and savoury black cherry lines. The tannins are fine and svelte: a classic cellar dweller.
