NV Champagne C Senez Évènementielle
This stunning example of a 100% Pinot Noir French Champagne exudes ripe, open and fleshy aromatics of sweet raspberries, strawberries, and fine, dried Provencal herbs, above a fine layer of toasty old-barrel oak.
The palate is dry and structured with a lovely equilibrium between sweet red and savoury black fruits, resulting in a balanced acidity. The mouthfeel is clean and fresh, and the finish is tight and dry. This is a simply lovely Champagne for serious lovers of serious sparkles.

Ninth Island Nv Sparkling Cuvée
A refreshing, complex aromatic framework of Tahitian lime, lime flower and lemons, with flecks of green apple and a creamy, baked pastry undertone.
The palate has generous, well integrated layers of fruit, creating a complex mouth full of citrus-driven characteristics. Meyer lemon, preserved lemon, lemon pith and curd with nuanced lines of red and green apples and pretty white flowers. Long and precise, it's an impressive drop.

Grey Sands The Mattock Merlot Malbec Cabernet Franc 2016
Gorgeous, sweet Merlot and Cab Franc-driven aromatics are beautifully perfumed with plums and cassis, complemented by lovely shades of tomato bush, cigar box and fine earth.
The palate core is a melange of plums, cassis, black and white pepper and rosella flower, medium bodied and elegant, with finely structured tannins framing the mouthfeel. Fresh and vibrant now, with a long life ahead.

This is how good Grenache can be with careful age and cellaring. A lovely aromatic mix of black and red fruits, pomegranate, cranberry and toasted vanilla.
Hints of development are starting to bring to life appealing secondary characteristics of spice, dried herbs and finely grained earth.
