This wine is crafted from a blend of fruit from a handful of grower vineyards around the Ashton Hills estate. The almost perfect growing conditions in 2021 clearly on show.
Bright pale ruby. Delicate red berries, vanilla, herbs and baked earth. Light-bodied with varietal silken texture, a core of raspberry, cherry and cranberry, hints of Chinese spice, violets and pink peppercorn, good length and juicy appeal.
