Briar Ridge is entering a new phase, with the arrival of long time Hunter winemaker, Andrew Duff. His latest Cabernet is crafted from Central Ranges fruit.
Deep, dark red in the glass. Vanillin oak, blueberry, mulberry and cedar aromas. Medium-weight, dry and earthy, with a savoury core of blue and black fruit, notes of liquorice and cedar, fine tannins and a persistent finish.
