A 50/50 split of Yarra Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Old oak is used to allow the fruit flavours to shine. Only 140 dozen made.
Medium garnet colour. Italian bitters, cherry, pepper and bergamot on the nose. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, core of cherry, cranberry, plum and white pepper, long tannins and balanced oak. Drinking well and could even be enjoyed slightly chilled.
