In the winery: Foot treading was undertaken two thirds of the way through fermentation.In the glass: Deep ruby.
On the nose: Fragrant blackberry and cherry with notes of pepper and graphite.
On the palate: Shows amazing depth and flavour with loads of black fruit, a fine tannin foundation, fresh acidity and well-judged oak. Savoury and generous with plenty of potential to soften with time in the cellar.
