Predominately Shiraz and Grenache, the fruit is allowed to stay on the vine until it’s very ripe when the concentration of flavours has truly developed.
Deep brown tawny olive in colour with aromas of rich dried prune and rancio lift. The wine is luscious and rich, with milk chocolate and lovely spirit lift. Intense, concentrated and long with nuts, burnt butter, caramel, dried fig and coffee.
