An ideal growing and ripening season in Heathcote has enhanced the natural richness of this Italian variety, whilst helping it to retain freshness and vibrancy.
Inky dark red. Brooding black fruits with liquorice, white pepper and dried herbs. Full-bodied, deep and flavoursome with layers of cedar, bay leaf, plum and amaro, firm cedary tannins, tight acidity and plenty of toasty oak on the savoury finish.
