This Hunter producer travelled all the way to Margaret River to source the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this wine – with superb results! A lovely aged red.
Deep garnet. Cassis, bramble, dark berries, mocha and cedar. Quite full-bodied with blackberry and redcurrant, hints of bay, sweet herbs and tobacco, fine-grained tannins and finely woven acidity. Shows excellent varietal character and length.
