Heirloom has crafted this Cabernet from their best Coonawarra vineyard, where the fruit is sorted bunch by bunch, basket-pressed and matured in American oak barriques.
Deep red to purple. Fresh plum, blackcurrant, bay leaf, liquorice, pepper and cedar oak. One for the oak-lovers, with a bright and flavoursome entry of dark fruit, tangy acidity, fine ferrous tannins, spicy oak and a chocolate and pepper finish.
