Hill & Jacobs was established in 2010 by Chris Hill and Adam Jacobs whom have over 50 years combined experience in growing grapes and making wine.
Deep, dark red. Dark cherry, plum, liquorice and wood char. Palate shows a deep mix of red and black fruit, with notes of cola, vanilla and anise, silken textural elements, fresh acidity and touches of leather and tobacco on the fine finish.
