Only the second release of this wine and it comes as we are seeing more Carignan being bottled as an individual variety rather than being blended. Definitely a wine of interest.
Medium to deep ruby. Pot pourri, mulberry, red cherry, bay leaf and cedar on the nose. A medium-bodied, tightly-wound red, with firm tannins and tangy acidity driving the savoury mix of red berry fruit, and crushed leaf and white pepper to finish.
