In the winery: 100% estate grown, this Shiraz was made from low-yielding Clare Valley vines and matured in French oak.
In the glass: Deep red purple.
On the nose: Brooding aromas of cherry, blackberry and vanillin oak.
On the palate: Flavour-packed, but not over the top, with fine yet deep tannins providing a platform to the dark fruits, attractive peppery spice and obvious quality oak. Long, deep, inky and fleshy.
