It's well known that some of our best Cabernet hails from Coonawarra, and this example from Jim Brand also has the advantage of a few years in the bottle already.
Bright mid ruby. Blackcurrant, plum, sage and vanillin oak. Medium to full-bodied and quite traditional-in-style with a savoury mix of red and black fruit, varietal crushed leaf, tobacco and leather, softening tannins and well-integrated oak.
