Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This deeply-flavoured Cabernet from Katnook showcases the essence of Coonawarra's terra rossa soil and skilled winemaking. Although delicious now, this is one for the cellar.
Bright dark purple. Engaging and complex blackcurrant with savoury hints of iodine and ironstone. Palate shows delicious super-ripe black fruits and glossy umami, with deep, grainy tannins, and plenty of savoury oak in balance with the fruit.
