A hugely underrated part of Victoria, the Goulburn Valley produces wonderful wines, and this Shiraz Cabernet is a great example of this Aussie blend.
Medium density red. Bright dark cherry, plum, earth and kitchen spice. Medium to full-bodied with a bright core of red and black fruit, ripe tannin foundation, bright acidity and layers of anise, briar and toasted coconut on the seamless finish.
