A side project for Aaron Mercer, with mates Ned Goodwin MW and Andrew Jamieson. An organic wine, made by Mercer, who spent many years perfecting his craft at Tamburlaine.
Medium to deep ruby. Plum, cherry, raspberry and potpourri. Quite rich and juicy with gentle layers of super-ripe red and blue fruit, with hints of bay leaf and black pepper, firm tannins and a dry yet supple finish.
