In the winery: Matured in barrel for 15 months with minimal racking during this period.
In the glass: Inky red purple.
On the nose: Concentrated blackberry, mulberry and plum with an array of cardamom and pepper spice.
On the palate: Big, rich and intense with deep black and blue fruit flavours, loads
of spice and a savoury tannin foundation. So generous with quality oak in support.
